Who Wealth is for

Adults (18+) who want clearer financial reasoning, not financial advice. By creating an account you confirm you are 18 or older.

What we are not

Wealth is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, tax preparer, accountant, lawyer, or financial planner. Nothing in Wealth — including any Analyst observation, Planner path, or Guardian alert — constitutes investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice. Decisions about your money are yours. Big decisions deserve a real human professional. We tell you when to seek one.

What you can expect from us

• Three specialists — Analyst (reads your picture), Planner (proposes a path), Guardian (watches for risk). They run in sequence; the Guardian can veto.
• No conflicts — we do not take commissions from any third party. We are paid only by our subscribers. You will never see an opaque "recommendation" that pays us.
• Honest reasoning — when the model is uncertain, we say so. When something is outside our competence, we route you to a human.
• Designed to be deleted — when you no longer need Wealth, the unsubscribe is one click and your data is gone within 30 days.

What we ask of you

• Use Wealth for your own finances. Don't share your account.
• Don't enter financial data that isn't yours without permission.
• Don't try to reverse-engineer the Guardian to remove the risk-checking. We will detect it and suspend the account.
• Treat our team with respect.

Subscription, billing, cancellation

• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe in advance.
• You can cancel any time from Settings or by emailing billing@cosmos369.ai. Cancellation stops the next charge; access remains until the end of the paid period.
• Refund requests outside the standard window are considered case-by-case at billing@cosmos369.ai.

Intellectual property

The Wealth software, Coach prompts, and brand belong to Cosmos369 / GalaxyZen AI. Your financial data and the observations Wealth produces specifically about your finances belong to you.

Service availability

We aim for 99.5% uptime but make no guarantee. Degraded states are surfaced honestly in the dashboard, not hidden.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages — including (but not limited to) financial decisions you make based on observations Wealth produced. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.

Changes to these terms

If we change anything material, you'll see a notice at next sign-in and we'll email you. Continued use means you accept; if you don't, cancel and request a refund of any unused paid period.

Governing law

Laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes go first to email, then mediation, then the courts of Ontario.
